Although there was a natural wait time to perform the work, Ryan was very straightforward about the costs and the timeframe involved and communicated very well throughout the entire project. I felt that he provided an honest assessment of what needed to be done and did not try to sell me more than what was necessary. All work was completed by him and his crew in a timely manner and was excellent in quality. In addition, he was more than patient with all of the questions and hiccups we encountered along the way. 07/31/2025 UPDATE: with all the rain we have experienced in July I am happy to say our basement remains dry! JBC deserves this 5 star review, Ryan and his crew are very professional. From the time I requested an estimate to the completion of the job anytime we had questions all we had to do is contact JBC and they were prompt. We were having a leak in our foundation whenever it rained, Ryan came to our home to witness the leak the same day we contacted him for an estimate. Within a few days we had the estimate, within 2 wks the work began and everything was complete within a month of our original contact. Thank You JBC/Ryan & crew, we definitely recommend them.
